I've had an accident, what do I do now?
Give our friendly staff a call or come in and see us. We can inspect the damage and prepare a quote. We can also do temporary repairs if needed to keep you on the road. Print this booklet to keep in your car, just in case you need it.
How do I get a quote?
You can call us on 5447 9172 Monday to Friday anytime between 8am to 5pm to book a quote.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Depending on the damage, it could only take 10-15 minutes.
Who decides where my car gets repaired?
You, the owner, should be the one to choose.
When do I pay my excess and who do I pay it to?
Some insurance companies will want you to pay your excess upon pick up of your repaired car & needs to be paid to the repairer. Other insurance companies require a payment direct to them when you lodge the claim.
